**Function**:
- We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable First Line IT-Support professional to join our team at Camco Technologies. As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first level technical assistance and support to our employees. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and learn about internal IT infrastructure.- Resolve technical problems with local and network printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Support users in the use of computer hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth operation of systems.
- Further progress the internal IT infrastructure of the company.**Profile**:
- Proven experience or history in a similar role or the education and interest to match it.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Aware of cybersecurity and works with this in mind.**Offer**:
