Het team Administratief Beheer Immo Kantoren maakt deel uit van de afdeling Branch Concepts & Immo en is verantwoordelijk voor alle administratieve beheerstaken die verbonden zijn aan de gebouwen die gebruikt worden voor de uitbating van de kantoren en alles wat er mee verbonden is. Het gaat hierbij zowel om taken die direct verbonden zijn aan deze onroerende goederen, zoals bv de opvolging van de gehuurde en verhuurde panden, de administratieve taken verbonden aan mede-eigendom, als om taken die meer overkoepelend zijn, zoals rapportering, aanpassing van de procedures ifv gewijzigde reglementering of fiscaliteit, aangifte en opvolging van schadedossiers
**De job in een notendop**
Je ondersteunt de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling in alle facetten van diens functie, met de bedoeling je eigen te maken met deze taken zodat je over een paar jaar de huidige verantwoordelijke kan opvolgen.
Nadat je vertrouwd bent geraakt met de diverse taken en processen, focus je eerst op het optimaliseren van de recurrente dagelijkse processen, desgevallend via automatisatie en digitalisatie (Robotics, AI,), met respect voor de (wijzigingen in) de juridische en fiscale reglementeringen.
Daarnaast richt je je aandacht op een correcte en doeltreffende rapportering aan het management van de bank, evenals aan andere afdelingen.. Hiertoe wordt gebruik gemaakt van diverse IT-toepassingen, FMIS, Archibus, SAP RE,Je neemt dan ook deel aan de vereiste transversale projecten die betrekking hebben op de optimalisering en/of vervanging van deze systemen.
Je ondersteunt de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling bij de begeleiding van het team van een 15-tal medewerkers, die zowel te Brussel als in de regio's tewerk gesteld zijn, en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van Branch Concepts & Immo en de collega's van Building Management.
Je coacht, inspireert en motiveert mee het team. Je streeft naar een professionalisme binnen de afdeling, o.a. door te waken over de aanwezigheid van duidelijke en efficiënte procedures, de correcte toepassing ervan evenals door de nodige specifieke en gerichte opleidingen te voorzien.
Op termijn ondersteun je de verantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse organisatie, aansturing en taakverdeling binnen het team teneinde een efficiënte en effectieve dagelijkse werking te verzekeren en een kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan de diverse (interne) klanten te leveren, dit binnen de gestelde deadlines en servicenormen.
Je oefent de functie uit in Brussel, maar hebt regelmatig verplaatsingen naar Gent, Antwerpen en Namen.

- Ervaring in people management is een plus.
- Zekere affiniteit met SAP RE en andere immo-gelinkte toepassingen.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
- Ervaring met het administratief beheer van een onroerend patrimonium
