**Functie**:
Onze klant in Zaventem is een toonaagevend leverancier van producten voor verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning (HVAC). Zij bieden totaaloplossingen voor HVAC-projecten aan professionele installateurs en studieburelen. Ons assortiment bevat een volledig gamma roosters, ventilatoren, airconditioning en warmtepompen. Voor de versterking van hun team zijn we op zoek naar een Order Processing Officer.

Je neemt de volgende taken voor je rekening:

- Je helpt mee met de algemene ondersteuning van de Dienst Orderverwerking..
- Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van de orders in het ERP-systeem
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de orders tot de volledige afhandeling ervan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkomende en uitgaande telefoons.
- Je staat mee in voor de opvolging van klachten.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt mínimaal een diploma Middelbaar onderwijs of je kan ons overtuigen op basis van je

relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring met klantencontacten.
- Je bent drietalig NL/FR/ENG.
- Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over commerciële, sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent bereid om bijkomende opleidingen te volgen.
- Je hebt respect voor iedereen en communiceert vlot met anderen.
- Je bent een probleem oplosser en denkt oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent stressbestendig.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband opereren.
- Je bent georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je beschikt over een flexibele werkhouding.
