Jo, de verantwoordelijke voor finance en controlling in de sector medische beeldvormingsapparatuur van Siemens Healthineers, is op zoek naar de ideale kandidaat om het team van experts te versterken.

**Wat zullen je verantwoordelijkheden zijn?**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en administratieve activiteiten tijdens de uitvoering van projecten voor het onderdeel "In Vivo" van Siemens Healthineers. Dit omvat de volgende taken:

- Het genereren van orderbevestigingen en garanties (indien nodig) en het aanvragen van aanbetalingen.
- Het aanmaken en uitvoeren van het verkoopcontract in het ERP-systeem en het beheren van de gevraagde wijzigingen in de contracten.
- Plaatsen van orders (zowel intern als extern) en het controleren en goedkeuren van orderbevestigingen en facturen van derden.
- Het bewaken van logistieke stromen, deadlines, orderkosten en het afhandelen van non-conformiteitskosten (met respectievelijke escalatie).
- De uitvoering van facturatie (op basis van de in het verkoopcontract overeengekomen betalingsvoorwaarden) en het uitgeven van creditnota's (indien nodig).
- Het controleren van de garantievoorwaarden en het invullen van relevante documenten.
- Je voert alle lokale maandafsluitingsactiviteiten met betrekking tot de projecten uit, waarbij je nauw gaat samenwerken met de boekhoudafdeling.
- Je ondersteunt verschillende activiteiten zoals o.a. het opschonen en controleren van gegevens en de voorbereiding voor de migratie van gegevens naar een nieuw ERP-systeem.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma in Economie, Logistiek of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in een internationale omgeving.
- Je bent comfortabel in het analyseren en manipuleren van cijfers, je hebt sterke analytische en boekhoudkundige vaardigheden en je kunt aantonen dat je ervaring hebt met Excel.
- Je hebt een voorliefde voor digital tools.
- Je bent oplossings
- en resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
- Ervaring hebben met SAP is een troef.
- Je kan positieve interacties aangaan en weet om te gaan met verschillende belanghebbenden en culturen. Je bent bereid om deel uit te maken van een team.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans, het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Je bent flexibel en je kan een groot aantal taken aan onder tijdsdruk.
- Je hebt een passie voor gezondheidszorg.
