The Customer Care Center team works directly with customers, as well as with third parties representing Polestar, to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need through the channel that best suits them.

In this golden opportunity, you and the team will together deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We love spending time together and learning from each other - we therefore invite you to work from our office located in Brussels.

The opening hours of our Customer Care Center are Monday to Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, the working hours will be shift based over these times.

Together with your colleagues, you will set the bar for success within the service delivery towards our customers.

What you'll do


In this role, you will provide excellent customer service through building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with potential, current and previous Polestar customers.

The role includes being a first point of contact for our customers, where you will focus on one or several of these areas in accordance with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process:

  • Handle inquiries and comments on social media activities by communicating in line with company guidelines


For example, you might support customers through the buying process, be the first line of complaint resolution, or provide customers with product information.

You will work closely with internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers.


During the first weeks of your employment, you will have an induction period where you will learn about your role, your team and the _Polestar way_.

After completing this, you will be a part of a training and development program, which is an on-going opportunity to learn and grow in skills - we believe in a culture of coaching and development for all people joining.


Who you are
To be a great fit for this role, we are looking for you with exceptional customer service skills.

You are immaculate in listening and have an enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.

Your passion for EV and our planet surges through your communication into providing energetic and positive customer service.

In addition to this, you are resilient, motivated with attention to detail and the promise to deliver qualitative work thanks to your good time management skills.

Further on, we are searching for you who have:

  • Completed studies on a GCSE/high school-level or higher
  • Good IT and computer understanding within software/technology as well as understanding the digital landscape and able to communicate according to company guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English, French and Dutch
