Credit Risk Analyst

Bij Crelan zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Risk Analyst in een van onze zetels in Berchem (Antwerpen) of Anderlecht (Brussel). Als Credit Risk Analyst ben je in staat om autonoom beslissingen te nemen op het gebied van de opvolging en ontwikkeling van tools voor kredietrisicobeheer.
Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de planning van de activiteiten en het beheer van de afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende activiteiten/projecten. Je functie valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Head of Credit Risk Management binnen de directie risk management, d.w.z. de tweede controlelijn van de bank.
Concreet:
- Je kunt de cijfers voor zich laten spreken volgens analytische en statistische methoden en kunt oplossingen voorstellen om in te spelen op nieuwe behoeften.
- Je gaat op zoek naar marktinformatie om de kredietrisicoprestaties van de bank te vergelijken/beoordelen.
- Je voelt je op je gemak in een complexe en veranderende omgeving (IFRS/IRB/EBA guidelines ) en schoolt je bij op het vlak van technische aangelegenheden (bankstatistitieken, creditscoring, stress-testing).
- Je stelt documentatie over de methodologieën op en houdt ze up-to-date; die documentatie moet voldoen aan de interne/reglementaire vereisten.
- Je geeft presentaties aan de collega's die verantwoordelijk zijn voor andere departementen van Crelan: analisten en kredietverantwoordelijken, audit, riskmanagement, externe consultants, externe inspecteurs (revisoren, regelgevers).
- Je bent in staat om aan verschillende front-activiteiten te werken en veranderingen in de planning te ondersteunen.
- Je houdt rekening met deadlines op korte en middellange termijn en externe afhankelijkheden.
- Je bent in staat om de veranderingen in je activiteitsdomein te meten en voorstellen voor verbetering te doen.
- Je staat in voor de animatie van de uitwisselingen met individuele kredietactoren of animatie in groepsvernband en voor het verkrijgen van hun medewerking voor de activiteiten van kredietrisicocontrole Je geeft blijkt van overtuigingskracht en pedagogie.
- Je beheert het gedeelte 'gebruikers' van de gezamenlijke projecten met ICT voor de ontwikkeling van het kredietrisicobeheer en de risicobasis, je verkrijgt de vereiste kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Een kritische geest, vermogen om analytisch te redeneren, zin voor synthese en goede communicatievaardigheden zijn onontbeerlijke kwaliteiten.
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een master in een economische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Kennis van verschillende kredietmarkten, -producten en -processen.
- Je kent de beslissingssystemen (creditscoring, expertensysteem, waarderingstools), de kredietanalyse en kredietprocessen.
- Je bent thuis in de IFRS- en IRB-reglementering.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de kredietinformatiesystemen, de datawarehouse en de risicogegevensbank.
- Je hebt al wat ervaring met SAS en EUC-tools, en met bankstatistieken.
- Als je niet over alle vereiste vaardigheden beschikt, kun je alsnog solliciteren voor deze functie. Wij bieden eveneens opleidingen aan om de verwerving van deze kennis te waarborgen.
