- You are responsible for the administrative management of material claims files for the fire department;
- You are punctual, independent and above all analytical in the processing of information;
- You act as a point of contact for brokers, clients and victims and ensure clear and correct communication to all parties. Within the limits of your settlement authority, you adopt legally motivated and argued views and handle your files independently and proactively;
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a financial or legal field or equivalent through experience;
- You are empathetic, service and customer oriented, which is expressed in the way you handle your files;
- You are a good communicator, which facilitates the correct and easy exchange of information;
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
