Tâches principales:
- Gestion de projets IT, y compris le lancement, le suivi, la planification, la gestion des risques et la rédaction de rapports
- Collaboration avec les équipes métier pour définir les priorités du portefeuille de projets
- Synchronisation des projets IT en amont et en aval pour gérer les contraintes de planification et réaliser des synergies entre les projets
- Validation et vérification des spécifications techniques
- Gestion d'une équipe de développeurs internes et/ou externes
- Validation des stratégies de test et de gestion de la qualité
- Support aux utilisateurs finaux (deuxième ligne)
- Organisation et priorisation de la maintenance corrective et des mises à jour des solutions développées
Exigences:
- Plusieurs années d'expérience pertinente en tant qu'analyste métier ou gestionnaire de projets IT basés sur l'architecture Microsoft (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server)
- Communication facile avec les développeurs sur des sujets techniques
- Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
- Connaissance et expérience du secteur de l'électricité et/ou de l'énergie souhaitées
- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent, spécialisé en IT et idéalement aussi en électricité
- Capacité à travailler en mode Waterfall et Agile/Scrum
- Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
- Orientation client, bonnes compétences en communication et travail en équipe
- Suivi des dernières avancées en matière d'IT
