**Dit is jouw topjob**:
De afdeling **Program Management Life Insurance** vormt een brug tussen de business en het departement IS. Deze afdeling coördineert, plant en implementeert automatiserings-, optimaliserings
- en veranderingsprojecten. Ze omvat twee entiteiten:

- _Application Support Life Insurance_ biedt de nodige ondersteuning voor processen en projecten en garandeert de kwaliteit van de applicaties.
- _Projects Architecture Life Insurance_ werkt aan nieuwe projecten/processen in bestaande omgevingen en staat in voor de nieuwe businessarchitectuur.

Om deze afdeling te versterken, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Officer Applications Support**
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de IT-toepassingen aan de gebruikers van de diensten 'Operations Life Insurance' Bank Channel, Broker Channel, Yongo en Uppie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de bestaande productportefeuille.
- Je test de goede werking van aanpassingen en nieuwe producten en processen op bestaande systemen, en voert _Change requests_
- Je voert de testplannen uit.
- Je volgt de problemen in bestaande applicaties op.
- Je breidt je kennis van producten, procedures en wetgeving voortdurend uit.
- Je begrijpt de behoeften van de diensten Operations Life Insurance en van de makelaars/kantoren en zoekt een passend antwoord.

- De producten en procedures "Leven" hebben nog weinig geheimen voor jou.
- Windows-toepassingen (Excel, Word,...)? Heel simpel
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en/of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en bent altijd op zoek naar oplossingen.
- Je bent niet bang voor evolutie en verandering.
- Je hebt een graduaatsdiploma of een gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
