De digitalisering van onze activiteiten, de modernisering van de metro, de uitbreiding van het tramnet en de bouw van nieuwe remises zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van de boeiende projecten waarvoor de MIVB enthousiaste medewerkers zoekt. Als Finance & Accounting Manager werk je binnen het departement Finance (afdeling Finance & Services) en rapporteer je aan de Finance Director. Jouw hoofdopdracht bestaat erin de activiteiten Finance & Accounting te ontwikkelen, te sturen en te coördineren om zowel op tactisch als operationeel vlak de kwaliteit en efficiëntie voor de MIVB te verzekeren.
De "Finance"- cultuur ontwikkelen, invoeren en stimuleren binnen de onderneming. De drijvende kracht zijn achter de verandering en de transformatie van het financieel departement.
* De financiële planning op korte, middellange en lange termijn uitwerken, ontwikkelen en implementeren.
* De verschillende activiteiten van de entiteit beheren en de teams managen (coaching, opleiding, ontwikkeling, evaluaties, aanwervingen, informatie-uitwisseling ...)
* Op korte of middellange termijn maatregelen nemen om een optimale en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan te bieden. Advies verstrekken aan de interne klanten met betrekking tot de strategisch belangrijke dossiers voor de onderneming (financiën, investeringen, loonmassa, Rekenhof, revisoren enz.).
* De processen, de projecten, de kwaliteit en de risico's van het departement ontwikkelen, verbeteren, opvolgen en erover communiceren volgens de bestaande methodologieën binnen de organisatie.
* Borg staan voor de inachtneming van de boekhoudregels, voor zowel de klantenboekhouding, de leveranciersboekhouding als de algemene boekhouding.
* Garanties bieden voor een optimale opvolging van de schuldvorderingen wat betreft zowel de toeslagen als de administratieve geldboeten of ook de handelsvorderingen.
* Profiel * Je beschikt over een Master (handelsschool of burgerlijk ingenieur met een specialisatie van het type postgraduaat in beheer/Corporate Finance)
* Je beschikt over ten minste 10 jaar bewezen ervaring in Finance (Controlling, Accounting enz.) in een operationele omgeving, bij voorkeur in de industriële sector.
* Je hebt een goede kennis van project- en procesbeheer, invoering van ERP's, tools voor management reporting en/of business intelligence, change Management (veranderingsbeheer).
* Je hebt een grondige kennis van Corporate Finance, Treasury and Tax.
* Je hebt een bewezen ervaring in het leiden van teams (coaching, ontwikkelen competenties ...)
* Je beheerst beide landstalen en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
