Business Insights Manager
Location: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)
Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to improve your skills in a role that is key to the success of our therapeutic area portfolio? As a Business Insights Manager, you will bring valuable business insights, innovative solutions, and data-driven monitoring to our strategy. You will direct all analytical activities of our portfolio in close collaboration with the brand teams. This role is an outstanding opportunity to partner with the Business Unit Director in projecting and succeeding the strategy.
Accountabilities:
Market Insights and advanced analytics
Define, align and drive Brand Market Research Plan for promoted brands, launch brands or new indications as well as pharmacovigilance market research process (monthly AZ reporting) Monitor monthly brand performance through strategic data analysis, dashboard and automation of data processing. Active participation in the Brand Team Investigate and drive innovative data projects and technologiesCustomer Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
Drive Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) strategy for the key brands Drive Call Plan process for the sales teams Monitor SFE KPIs by/and identifying business needs/challenges and monthly regional performance analysisForecasting
Build forecasting around insights from product launches, medical insights, sales development, pricing, customer trends and phase out Business analysis to identify trends, opportunities and gaps Provide leadership to ensure pro-active input to high quality treatment/patient journeyCrucial Skills/Experience:
University degree or equivalent experience Experience in handling complex projects Proven Business Analytics experience Proactive and can-do attitude and strong communication skills Proficiency in English. Additionally, proficiency in French or Dutch (nice to have)Desirable Skills/Experience :
