About the role:
The trainee will be integrated in the Engineering Systems team.
This team is responsible for:
- Implement, develop & improve guidance to standardize Site Engineering documentation practices
- Develop and Optimize existing or new digital tools to manage Site Engineering documentation
- Management of all validation archives
How you will contribute:
Scope of the trainee's mission
:Improvement of the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
The validation master plan is a regulatory requirement for Validation activities.
This includes lists of all equipment/systems on the Lessines site (Equiment / Computerized system / IT / Analytical instruments), the validation history and the validation status.
The content and form must be reviewed in order to be simplified, more easily updated and reviewed on a regular basis, while maintaining compliance with procedures and regulatory expectations.
The trainee should:
- Evaluate the minimum requirements based on Regulatory requirements and Validation guidelines, Global & Local procedure requirements.
- Analyze the current VMP content
- Benchmark other Takeda sites
- Proposal of content for the document and its annexes
- Define and write the procedure for updating the VMP
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor or Master degree in : Pharma, Biologics, Validation, Mechanics, Automation, Electrics
This unpaid internship must be carried out within the framework of an internship agreement with a Belgian university.
- Good communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Rigorous, synthetic and analytic thinking
- Good written and verbal skills in French and English.
- Must be proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
