You identify prospects and new clients for our IFU and AR services within the IVD and medical device sector:

  • You convince them of the added value of our services as a knowledge and project organization.
  • You give demos of our IFU software package IFUcare.
  • You will be the sales specialist to answer customer questions about our AR services and to influence and/or convince them of the advantages of our services.
  • You expand relationships with existing IVD & MD clients by crossselling and offering new innovative services of the QbD Group.
  • You manage and establish a daily pipeline of opportunities and ensure that you are always up to date with the latest developments.
  • You expand your network in the IVD and medical device sector by playing an active role in different networking associations.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you tackle problems and are able to communicate in a convincing and authentic way.
  • In addition to an external network, you also build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing. We do sales together, with you as the leader
  • In this function you report to the Sales Manager of Europe.

Profil:

  • You have a master's degree in a scientific field and preferably a first experience within the field of IVD or medical devices. Concepts as "quality management system" and "technical file" are not new to you.
  • You are strongly interested in the IVD and medical device world and you want to immerse yourself in its regulations to be able to talk on a more technical level.
  • You have a healthy dose of selfconfidence; you not only know how to convey the message smoothly, but above all you listen actively to customers, partners and colleagues, showing patience and keeping an eye on longterm solutions and partnership.
  • An affinity with software is a plus. You feel comfortable working with different tools and systems. An accurate followup in the CRM system is key for you
  • You communicate and report clearly and bring up any concerns in good time.
  • You are very fluent in English and you enjoy working in an international environment.
