**Functie**:
Kärcher zoekt een gedreven Business Developer om het sales team professional channels te versterken.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische ontwikkeling en verkoop van Kärcher **handmatige schoonmaakuitrustingen** (waaronder werkwagens en klein materiaal). In samenwerking met het volledige salesteam streef je ernaar het marktaandeel in **België en Luxemburg** binnen alle professionele doelgroepen te vergroten en te optimaliseren.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Sales Director Professional Channels Belux.
**Kerntaken**
- Proactief sturen en ontwikkelen van Kärcher-verkoop “manual tools” richting klanten, prospecten en verdelers in alle professionele doelgroepen.
- Opereren als de productgroep specialist “manual tools” binnen het salesteam.
- Onderhouden van de contacten met het internationaal productmanagement “manual tools”.
- Doorgeven van specifieke klantnoden aan productmanagement.
- Opzetten van verkoop
- en marketingplannen voor klanten en systematisch opvolgen van de resultaten in samenwerking met je sales
- en marketing collega’s.
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe accounts/markten in samenwerking met de desbetreffende sales collega’s.
- Specifieke commerciële doelstellingen (omzet, marge,..) behalen volgens de opgemaakte budgetten.
- Duurzame en langetermijnrelaties handhaven met klanten, evenals het goede imago van het bedrijf.
- Plannen en rapporteren van bezoeken in het CRM-systeem.
- Introduceren van nieuwe innovaties op het vlak van “manual tools”.
- Bezoeken van de productiefaciliteiten met collega’s/klanten indien nodig.
- Deelnemen aan vakbeurzen.
**Profiel**:
- Opleiding: Bachelor of gelijkaardig door ervaring in een sales B2B omgeving
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, goede onderhandelaar, vlot in de omgang en graag samenwerken met collega’s.
- Affiniteit met cijfers en goede analytische vaardigheden + bewezen organisatorische en managementvaardigheden
- Klantgerichte mindset en marktoriëntatie
- Kennis van processen in verkoop
- Hands-on mentaliteit
