**Fonction**:
Kärcher recherche un Business Developer motivé pour renforcer l'équipe de vente des canaux professionnels.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement stratégique et de la vente **des équipements de nettoyage manuel** Kärcher, y compris les chariots de nettoyage et le petit matériel.
En collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe de vente, vous vous efforcerez d'augmenter et d'optimiser la part de marché **en Belgique et au Luxembourg** dans tous les segments professionnels.
Dans ce poste, vous rendrez compte au Directeur des Ventes des Canaux Professionnels Belux.
**Vos principales missions incluent**
- la direction proactive et le développement des ventes Kärcher "manual tools" auprès des clients, des prospects et des distributeurs dans tous les segments professionnels,
- ainsi que le maintien des contacts avec la direction internationale de la gestion des produits "manual tools" et la transmission des besoins spécifiques des clients à la gestion des produits.
- Vous établirez des plans de vente et de marketing pour les clients, suivrez systématiquement les résultats en collaboration avec vos collègues des ventes et du marketing,
- développerez de nouveaux comptes/marchés avec les collègues des ventes concernés, et
- atteindrez des objectifs commerciaux spécifiques (chiffre d'affaires, marge, etc.) selon les budgets établis.
- Vous entretiendrez des relations durables et à long terme avec les clients, ainsi que la bonne réputation de l'entreprise.
- Vous planifierez et rapporterez les visites dans le système CRM,
- introduirez de nouvelles innovations dans le domaine des "manual tools",
- visiterez les installations de production avec des collègues ou des clients si nécessaire, et
- participerez à des salons professionnels.
**Profil**:
- Éducation : Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente dans un environnement de vente B2B.
- Fortes compétences en communication, bon négociateur, sociable et aime travailler en équipe avec des collègues.
- Affinité avec les chiffres et bonnes compétences analytiques, compétences organisationnelles et managériales éprouvées.
- Orientation client et marché.
- Connaissance des processus de vente.
- Mentalité pratique.
