Your role is to assist the European director in a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the link between your colleagues, the director, clients and suppliers.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties and paperwork of the director.
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and deliveries. Manage all logistic incoming and outgoing.
  • Manage supplies inventory and transfer orders to purchasing manager as necessary.
  • Plan events and make sure everything is ordered in time.
  • Book travel arrangements for events.
  • Follow office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • OR 3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in other European languages being an advantage.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a selfstarter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment with a strong international focus.
  • Customeroriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to quickly master and understand all aspects of the business
  • Openminded and flexible.
