- of drietalig

Psychosociaal Case Manager en Crisiscoördinator.

**FUNCTIE**

Je voornaamste taak is het bieden van telefonische opvang
- en adviesgesprekken wanneer medewerkers of klantorganisaties voor uitdagingen staan, en daarna ook de opvolging ervan verzekeren. Jij bent de schakel tussen werknemers van klantorganisaties die met ons contact opnemen rond een bepaald probleem en de EAP professional (meestal counselor/therapeut) die hen gaat helpen. Er is mogelijkheid om zelf een deel van het

(telefonisch) counselingwerk op te nemen, maar dat is geen must.

Daarnaast zal je als crisiscoördinator ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opvang en de coördinatie van crisisvragen van onze klantorganisaties. Daarbij zal je eerste ondersteuning bieden aan de organisatie bij ingrijpende gebeurtenissen en hen adviseren en zal je mee zoeken naar de meest gepaste ondersteuning. Hiervoor werk je in een team met andere crisiscoördinatoren en kan je een beroep doen op een groot netwerk van crisisexperten.

Indien je dit wenst, kan je ook zelf ingeschakeld worden om ter plaatse bij klantorganisaties de crisisopvang te verzekeren en heb je nog heel wat meer groeimogelijkheden bij Pulso

Samengevat betekent dit in de praktijk:

- Het bemannen van telefoonlijnen waarop werknemers van klantorganisaties bellen rond psychologische en werk gerelateerde problemen, zoals stress, conflicten, relatieproblemen, crisismaar ook juridische, financiële en andere soort vragen.
- Opvolging van de dossiers en coördinatie van vragen.
- Contacten met de interne en externe EAP professionals zoals counselors/therapeuten/coaches/crisisexperten.
- Administratief beheren van het interne rapporteringssysteem, rapportering voor klantorganisaties, enz.
- Groeimogelijkheden op vlak van telefonische counseling en coaching, steungesprekken voeren naar aanleiding van ingrijpende gebeurtenissen en andere doorgroeimogelijkheden.

**PROFIEL**

Sterke interesse in het bieden van psychosociale ondersteuning van mensen via telefoon

Bachelor of Master bij voorkeur in humane wetenschappen (Psychologie of Maatschappelijk Assistent)

Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels

(tweetaligheid NL/FR is een absolute vereiste)

Proactieve houding en goed kunnen plannen en organiseren

Probleemoplossend vermogen en flexibele opstelling

Klantvriendelijkheid, luisterbereidheid en geduld

Enige ervaring met ondersteunende gesprekken is een pluspunt
