**Functieomschrijving**
- Als Business Analyst binnen Group S ben je verantwoordelijk voor het grondig analyseren en bepalen van het brutoloon voor onze diverse klanten. Je zult je toespitsen op het begrijpen en toepassen van wettelijke vereisten, met bijzondere aandacht voor de complexe facetten van brutoloonberekeningen. Je dagelijkse taken zullen onder meer omvatten:
- Analyseren van wettelijke vereisten met betrekking tot salarisadministratie.
- Onderzoeken van complexe brutoloonberekeningen, rekening houdend met variabelen zoals bedrijfswagens, vakantie, werkloosheid, overuren, maar ook maaltijdcheques en ecocheques.
- Samenwerken met diverse belanghebbenden binnen en buiten de organisatie om een diepgaand inzicht te verkrijgen in de unieke behoeften van elke klant.
- Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor optimalisatie van het brutoloonproces en het implementeren van efficiënte oplossingen.
**Jouw Profiel**:
- Minimaal een bachelor diploma in een relevant vakgebied.
- Bewezen ervaring als Business Analyst, bij voorkeur binnen salarisadministratie of gerelateerde domeinen.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Interesse in de complexiteit van brutoloonberekeningen.
- Bekendheid met agile methodologieën en een flexibele werkhouding.
