De betalingssector omvat vele producten zoals kaartbetalingen, overschrijvingen (SEPA en internationaal), domiciliëringen,... Bij Belfius breng je je expertise in bij de dienst SEPA-overschrijvingen.

**De job in een notendop**

Dankzij de gemeenschappelijke eurobetalingsruimte (SEPA) kunnen klanten overal in de Europese Unie en in een aantal derde landen snel, veilig en efficiënt girale betalingen in euro verrichten - per overschrijving en per automatische debitering -, net als voor nationale betalingen. Daarom spelen de SEPA-overschrijvingen een belangrijke en strategische rol voor de Belgische economie en voor Belfius.

De betalingsindustrie ondergaat momenteel grote veranderingen. We staan inderdaad voor talrijke uitdagingen: steeds hogere verwachtingen van klanten, steeds complexere regelgeving, toenemende concurrentie van Fintech... Als Project Officer speel je een belangrijke rol om deze uitdagingen aan te gaan.

Dan ben je welkom als Project Officer bij ons SEPA Payments team, waar je het centrale contactpunt zal zijn voor projecten in verband met SEPA-betalingen.

Je bent het bevoorrechte aanspreekpunt voor projecten in het domein "SEPA Payments":

- Je definieert de behoeften van de Business, prioriteert de projecten en voert de projecten uit waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je past de "Agile" projectmethodologie en de grondbeginselen van Change Management toe.
- Je stroomlijnt en automatiseert workflows/processen.
- Je zet een projectbeheerstructuur op die gekoppeld is aan de doelstellingen van je afdeling.
- Je vergemakkelijkt de kennisoverdracht tussen de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je ondersteunt het management: Audit, Budget, Incident Management, Reporting,
- Je hebt relevante interactie met verschillende stakeholders (Product en Segment Management, Legal, IT, Compliance, Communicatie,...).

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:

- Je hebt een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in projectbeheer.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de bankwereld en affiniteit met betaalverrichtingen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans en verstaat goed de andere landstaal. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Kennis van project steering & process mapping is een troef.
- Je bent analytisch, leergierig, flexibel, georganiseerd, plichtsbewust, klantgericht en zelfstandig. Je hebt oog voor detail en behoudt een transversaal overzicht. Je communiceert duidelijk en nauwkeurig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je houdt van uitdagingen en geeft altijd het beste van jezelf om je doelen te bereiken.
