Hospitality Talents, agence de recrutement spécialisée dans les profils hôtellerie-restauration est à la recherche d'un(e) HR & Admin Coordinator, pour notre client à Machelen/Diegem.Notre client est un fournisseur de premier plan de services de transport de haute qualité. Depuis des décennies, il est engagé à offrir des solutions de transport VIP et Groupes de premier ordre à une clientèle locale et internationale.En tant que Coordinateur Administratif RH, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le soutien des activités quotidiennes de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable d'un éventail de tâches administratives, veillerez au bon déroulement des processus RH et contribuerez à une expérience positive des employés.Principales responsabilités :
  • Support administratif :
    • Fournir un support administratif complet au département RH.
    • Assister dans la gestion des dossiers et des bases de données RH.
    • Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés, en assurant l'exactitude et la conformité avec la politique de l'entreprise.
  • Recrutement et intégration :
    • Assister dans le processus de recrutement, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la révision des CV et la planification des entretiens.
    • Coordonner les activités d'intégration des nouveaux employés et assurer une transition fluide dans l'organisation.
  • Relations avec les employés :
    • Servir de point de contact pour les employés et répondre à leurs questions et préoccupations liées aux RH.
    • Aider à promouvoir une culture de travail positive grâce à une communication efficace et un soutien continu.
  • Avantages & Paie :
    • Assister dans la gestion des avantages, y compris les inscriptions et les demandes d'information.
    • Soutenir les activités de traitement des paies en collaboration avec le département financier et le secrétariat social.
  • Conformité & Politique :
    • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques et réglementations RH.
    • Assister dans le développement et la mise à jour des politiques si nécessaire.
  • Formation & Développement :
    • Assister dans l'organisation des programmes de formation et de développement pour les employés.
    • Coordonner la logistique des formations et maintenir les dossiers de formation.
  • Documentation et rapports :
    • Maintenir à jour la documentation RH, y compris les rapports, les dossiers des employés et autres documents.
    • Préparer et générer des rapports liés aux RH selon les besoins.
Exigences Qualifications :
  • Diplôme de licence ou de master en Ressources Humaines.
  • Bilingue français et anglais. Néerlandais un plus.
  • Expérience dans des fonctions administratives RH (CP302 ou PC 200).
  • Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et des outils logiciels RH.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques RH et des réglementations du travail.
  • Attention aux détails et engagement envers la confidentialité.
