Your role

The Regional Manager at Toyota Belgium plays a vital role in the Belux distribution network, focusing on boosting Used-Car (UC) sales. This position is crucial for ensuring the long-term profitability and growth of the network and Toyota Belgium. The main goal is to assist dealers and the network in reaching their UC sales targets by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and dealer development plans, aiming to drive high-quality UC sales in the Belux market.

Your responsibilities

  • Achieving commercial growth objectives for UC sales in your designated zone.
  • Guiding and helping agencies in meeting their UC sales targets.
  • Monitoring various UC KPIs like stock levels, rotation, presentation, purchase plans, and more, and sharing best practices within your network.
  • Motivating the network to boost Finance & Insurance product sales related to UCs for sustainable value chain outcomes.
  • Improving sales of Accessories specifically for UC business.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Spotting trends and opportunities to enhance UC sales.
  • Acting as the main contact person for the network and dealers.
  • Reporting to the Head of Distribution UCC and closely collaborating with the UC remarketing manager for UC stock management.

Your experience

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with automotive knowledge as a bonus.
  • Previous experience working with independent franchise dealers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and management.

  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and a good command of French/English.
