Join our team at Bravo Cars Machelen and become our Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, where you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the administration and delivery of both new and used cars to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, retailers, fleets, and dealers. Your efforts ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction, contributing to the success of our company.
About the Role:
- Handle administrative tasks for sales and delivery of new and used cars.
- Prepare delivery documentation, invoices, and financing contracts.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Manage client appointments and car dossiers.
- Provide necessary information to customers during vehicle handover.
- Ensure vehicles are fully prepared for delivery with ordered accessories.
- Assist with CRP/CY cars delivery and related documentation.
- Organize collection and transportation of vehicles within the car park.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role with customer interaction.
- Proficiency in Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of dealer computer systems like Navision or Incadea is a plus.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages.
