We zijn aanwezig in 36 landen en fungeren als belangrijke strategische partner voor 's werelds toonaangevende premium
- en luxemerken, voor wie we een effectieve en klantgerichte route naar de markt verzorgen.
In België en Luxemburg zijn we de **officiële distributeur **van **Toyota **en **Lexus **en **BYD**, een volledig EV-merk.
Last but not least hebben we een** Used Cars **centrum in Machelen - opererend onder de naam **bravoauto**:
- waar we gebruikte Toyota en Lexus auto's en gebruikte auto's van andere merken aanbieden aan particuliere klanten.
Voor de uitbreiding van bravoauto zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Sales Admin & Delivery medewerker** om ons team te versterken.
**Functie**
**1. Administratieve & logistieke opvolging van dossiers met betrekking tot de aan
- en verkoop van tweedehandswagens**
- Wekelijkse/maandelijkse/jaarlijkse UC leveringsprognose
- Opvolgen van verkoopdossiers
- Aanmaken van gerelateerde UC-auto's in smartsheet
- Aanleveren van de juiste documenten & items (sleutels, onderhoudsboekjes,...) aan de sales admin voor een state-of-the-art administratie
- Vergoedingen en betalingen aanvragen en opvolgen (administratie)
- C2B klanten bezoeken en afronden (auto controleren, administratie controleren, aankoopgesprek afronden)
- Transport van gekochte auto's organiseren
**2. Follow-up van de voorraad**
- Beheer en controle van de voorraad gebruikte auto's ondersteunen
- Ondersteuning verkoopbeheer in voorraadorganisatie (verschillende entiteiten)
- Optimalisatie van de voorraadrotatie ondersteunen
- Opvolgen van de facturatie/verwerking van de betaling van de voertuigen
**Profiel**
- Je hebt interesse en kennis van de automobielsector
- Je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en kan zelfstandig werken
- Je stelt graag de klant centraal en staat voor een gepersonaliseerde aanpak per klant.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels of een andere taal is een pluspunt
