About Us
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing ed-tech business within Xeim, part of Centaur Media. The Marketing Week Mini MBA is a key part of the Xeim portfolio. The growth in the ed-tech industry positions us well to provide an unmatched learning experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will work with a small team of sales, marketing, and online learning experts, alongside Mark Ritson. They will collaborate closely with the team to support the Head of Sales and generate new business opportunities, including quality leads from the marketing team. Building strong relationships with decision makers, understanding their L&D needs, and highlighting the strengths of the Mini MBA program will be crucial.
They will be encouraged to propose initiatives to boost revenues and will receive support from the team to implement them.
Sales Requirements
- Exceeding agreed sales targets for Mini MBA
- Growing the client base in both numbers and revenue
- Exploring opportunities to upsell/cross-sell other Xeim products
- Negotiating with customers in various sectors and global markets
- Contacting customers outside regular working hours when necessary
Key Skills and Attributes
- Consultative sales skills
- Performing well under pressure
- Quick learner with the ability to engage clients effectively
- Experienced in conversing up to C-Suite level
- Negotiating high-value sales deals
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships
- Regularly contacting clients and leads
- Articulating the benefits of Mini MBA courses effectively
- Effective time management
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
- Joining a motivated team with a strong work ethic
