Het betreft een **voltijdse functie** met zicht op een vast contract na een positieve uitzendperiode.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Beantwoorden van klantvragen in zowel Nederlands als Frans;
- Oplossen van problemen en klachten op een professionele manier;
- Verwerken van bestellingen, retours en ruilingen;
- Up-to-date houden van klantengegevens in het systeem;
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen;
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van processen en procedures binnen de klantenservice.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je bent vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
- Je hebt ervaring in een klantenserviceomgeving (is een plus, maar geen vereiste);
- Je bent klantgericht, geduldig en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je kunt goed multitasken en werken in een snel veranderende omgeving;
Je hebt basiskennis van MS Office en bent bereid om nieuwe systemen te leren.
