Financial Manager

- Zorg je voor het financiële beheer en controle van de organisatie.

- Zorg je voor de opstelling en implementatie van voorstellen die verband houden met winstaangroei, kostenvermindering, taxoptimalisatie van werkkapitaal en cash flow.
- Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de externe audit en de banken.
- Zorg je voor de opstelling en begeleiding van het budgetteringsproces.
- Garandeer je de betrouwbaarheid van de rekeningen van de organisatie overeenkomstig de boekhoudkundige / sociale / fiscale wetgeving
- + heb je noties van consolidaties.
- Adviseer je het management team inzake cashmanagement, volg je het verzekeringsbeleid op en treedt je op als contact met banken, kredietverzekeraars en andere externen.
- Coördineer je het finance team.
**Functie eisen**
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy - Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent een echte hands-on Manager met kennis van BTW-regelgeving en boekhoudkundige normen.
- Je hebt interesse in publiek recht / fiscaliteit / sociaal recht / vennootschapsrecht.
- Kennis of ervaring met Dynamic Business Central (ERP) en Lucanet is een pluspunt.
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands (en Engels) en je hebt kennis van het Frans.
- Je kan gestructureerd werken, neemt vlot zelfstandig beslissingen en je kan uitstekend communiceren.
- Bovendien ben je een echte People Manager die een sterk analytisch inzicht heeft en zich discreet kan opstellen.
**Bedrijfsprofiel**
Voor een voedselfabrikant in Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een financial manager. Het bedrijf is een vaste waarde in de sector sinds 1950. Omwille van hun stabiele groei, zijn ze groot genoeg om doorgroeikansen te bieden, maar niet zo groot dat je een nummer bent.
