- Implementeer de globale **LEAN** standaarden, strategie en waarden in samenspraak met het Hoofd en de Site Director;
- Ontwikkel samen met het Global team en andere lokale stakeholders een lokaal plan van aanpak om onze site Operational Excellent te maken;
- Beheer de implementatieactiviteiten en volg de interne voortgang op;
- Treed op als **trainer en coach** voor het verbeteren van operationele processen;
- Bevorder een cultuur van **continue verbetering** door relaties te onderhouden met alle belanghebbenden in de organisatie.
Jij bent:
- Klaar om een ambassadeur te worden voor** Operational Excellence**;
- Met volle goesting coach jij collega's bij de** implementatie van verbeteringsprocessen**;
- Je hebt toegepaste kennis van** LEAN cultuur** en faciliteert workshops waar problem-solving technieken, TIER, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, **KAIZEN**, etc. worden toegepast;
- Je houdt ervan om dingen actief aan te pakken en continu te verbeteren op de werkvloer;
- Je krijgt er energie van om **met mensen samen te werken** en hen op een positieve, enthousiaste manier te mobiliseren om processen te veranderen;
- Je bezit een **masterdiploma in een technische richting**;
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur **Automotive, Voeding, Pharma of Chemie**) is een pluspunt;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
