Par ses activités d'inspection, de contrôle, de certification et de formation, Vinçotte contribue largement à la sécurité des personnes et des biens, à la protection de l'environnement, à la qualité de la production et de la construction, et à la fiabilité de fonctionnement d'équipements et d'installations.
**Fonction**:
Nos collaborateurs sont des experts en matière d'**inspection**, de **certification**, d'**évaluation de la conformité** et de **formation**. Naturellement, ils ont eux aussi besoin d'être inspectés et certifiés. C'est pourquoi nous recherchons aujourd'hui un **Quality Manager** - Internal auditor Industrial Services (en particulier dans les domaines de la pression et des essais non destructifs). Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de:
- L'organisation et l'exécution des audits internes et autres contrôles de qualité.
- La coordination des audits externes (BELAC,...) dans le domaine de la sécurité, de l'environnement, de la formation,...
- Le suivi des actions correctives résultant de ces audits internes et externes.
- Soutenir la direction commerciale et technique dans le domaine de la qualité.
- Participer à des projets d'amélioration et gérer les plaintes des clients (internes).
- Participer à des projets de transformation et d'optimisation.
**Profil**:
**Diplôme** : Licence ou master dans un domaine technique.
**Expérience** : 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la qualité (normes ISO17020, ISO17065), la sécurité (VCA) et les audits internes.
**Langues** : Vous êtes néerlandophone ou francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.
**Compétences**:
- Vous savez résoudre les problèmes et avez le sens de l'initiative.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de relations humaines et de communication et savez comment convaincre les autres du principe de qualité.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers la performance et les résultats.
- Vous avez une attitude orientée vers le client et le service.
- Vous êtes désireux d'apprendre et de suivre les tendances et les évolutions dans votre domaine d'expertise.
- Vous êtes flexible et disposé à vous rendre dans les différents bureaux en Belgique.
