**Pour notre succursale locale à Gosselies, **nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technical & Facility Manager.

En tant que Technical & Facility Manager, vous rejoindrez une équipe de +/- 100 personnes.

Vous rapporterez au Responsable Régional de Gosselies et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Logistique National.

**Vous êtes le point de contact pour les Conducteurs de Chantiers de votre région et vous êtes responsable de**:

- La Gestion du matériel roulant, des petites et grandes machines et des vêtements de travail:

- Gestion des stocks (commandes, contrôle des factures, inventaire )
- Suivi/vérification de la maintenance et des inspections
- Développement et maintien des collaborations avec les fournisseurs locaux- Le Facility management (flottes de véhicules, bâtiment / dépôt)
- Gestion des cartes carburant
- Gestion du suivi et de la traçabilité des véhicules
- Ajout et suivi de tous les véhicules dans notre système informatique
- Gestion des contrôles d'accès et des systèmes d'alarmes- La gestion et l'entretien de la propreté du dépôt

**En tant que Technical & Facility Manager, **vous effectuez les tâches administratives liées à votre fonction à partir de Gosselies, vous êtes régulièrement présent dans l'entrepôt et vous déplacez régulièrement sur nos autres sites situé en Wallonie quand c'est nécessaire.

Vous vous rendez aussi parfois à notre siège de Londerzeel où le Directeur Logistique National se trouve afin d'assurer la liaison avec le service de logistique générale.

Vous avez un rôle très varié combinant des tâches administratives, logistiques et techniques.

- Outre votre sens de l'organisation, vous êtes également doué pour la communication
- Vous avez des connaissances, de l'expérience et/ou un intérêt marqué pour l'électromécanique, la mécanisation agricole, l'électricité etc.
