A JOB OPPORTUNITY AT:

A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU:
- Coordinates the onboarding/offboarding of colleagues;
- Advises on wellbeing and safety in the office;
- Responsible for Happiness and Living together;
- Performs daily office tasks;
- Welcome visitors;
- Answer phone calls;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/parcel;
- Book meeting room when necessary, inform staff members on relevant daily offices topics;
- Manage office and IT supplies, including budget monitoring and price negotiation;
- Manage IT requests: contact with IT Servicedesk, creation of user account, creation of Guest WiFi;
- Contact with landlord, suppliers;
- Book flights and hotel for internal staff;
- In charge of the organisation of the internal event from A to Z;
- Show pro activity in system/organisation/process improvement and problem solving attitude;
- Manage administrative tasks related to projects;
- Creates and updates information in the financial controlling system (project and vendor creation, contractual data update,);
- Collects supporting documents and send invoices to the client.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US:
- Previous experience is not needed
- Be fluent in written and spoken in English and French
- Be attentive to detail and organised
