- Voel jij de passie om een team te managen en naar een hoger niveau te brengen?_ Voor onze zeer boeiende **divisie Life** zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven **Field Manager (Hasselt/Luik)** die **samen** met zijn/haar team acties opzet om de **doelstellingen** te behalen en **progressie** te bekomen.
- Welke kwaliteiten heb je nodig?_ Je bent in staat om een team te motiveren, aan te moedigen en te inspireren Je besmet het team met jouw positieve mindset en weet als geen ander jouw medewerkers mee te nemen doorheen **veranderingen**. Continu op zoek gaan naar realistische **(proces)verbeteringen** en het animeren van **teammeetings** zijn eveneens part of the job.
- Hou jij van diepgaande professionele relaties?_ Wel, je krijgt de kans om deze uit te bouwen, **ontwikkelbehoeften **op te stellen én deze om te zetten in **actieplannen.** **Individuele progressie en groei als team** staan centraal in jouw dagelijkse werking. Je streeft met jouw team naar een maximale klantentevredenheid, efficiëntie en moedigt jouw team aan om '**the extra mile'** te gaan
- Enkel management of samen met je team de handen uit de mouwen steken? _**Leading by example** uit zich onder andere door jouw beschikbaarheid zodat jouw teamleden weten dat ze steeds bij jou terecht kunnen Echter, je draait ook **operationeel** mee (wanneer mogelijk) zodat je op die manier voeling krijgt met het werk van je team.
Tot slot ben je niet alleen een **Ethias ambassadeur **maar eveneens een **uithangbord** (intern en extern) voor de **divisie Life**
