**Data Intelligence** is een gevestigd team binnen AG. Wij leveren een uitzonderlijke service en innovatieve kwalitatieve oplossingen aan onze klanten en zijn op zoek naar een **Project Leader**.

Als Project Leader voor dataprojecten leid je het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de implementatie van datagedreven oplossingen om de klantervaring te verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele teams om de behoeften van de business te begrijpen en mogelijkheden te identificeren om de klantbetrokkenheid te verbeteren door middel van datagedreven initiatieven.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je leidt cross-functionele teams bij het ontwerpen en implementeren van datagedreven oplossingen om de ervaring van klanten, distributeurs en medewerkers te verbeteren.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een projectplan om de initiatieven tijdig op te leveren.
- Je werkt samen met data analysts en data scientists voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van datakwaliteitscontroles en algoritmen om initiatieven op het vlak van klantbetrokkenheid te ondersteunen.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt data governance policy's en procedures om de nauwkeurigheid en integriteit van belangrijke gegevens te waarborgen.
- Je communiceert de projectstatus en -resultaten aan de belangrijkste stakeholders, waaronder het topmanagement.
- Je beheert het budget en de resources om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd en binnen het budget worden opgeleverd.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt een universitair diploma in business administration, informatica of een aanverwant gebied.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, gegevensanalyse, business intelligence of businessanalyse.
- Je hebt een sterk begrip van de best practices voor data governance en datamanagement.
- Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van cross-functionele teams en het opleveren van datagedreven initiatieven.
- Je kan problemen oplossen en creatief denken.
- Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
- Certificering in projectmanagement is een pluspunt.
