Hij/zij beheert alle Payments taken en fungeert als aanspreekpunt naar Team Lead en Incident Management (informeren, aantonen, uitzoeken en opvolgen van incidenten). In het ideale team is dit laatste een roterende rol. De Financial coördinator van Invoice Operations Payments is als eerste betrokken bij releases en bijhorende testen, implementatie van nieuwe tools of programma's en zal hier ook optreden als tester. Hij is hiervoor in staat End-to-End te denken.
Het hoofddoel is het beheren van alle payments processen zowel systeem gerelateerd als reconciliatie voor het Finance department en audit.
Invoice Operations Payments zorgt voor de opmaak van rapportering en spread sheets met betrekking tot de inkomende en uitgaande betalingen. Ook het analyseren van deze rapportering en het detecteren van terugkomende issues behoren tot je taken. Je neemt o.a. contact met de process analyst om deze issues aan te kaarten om een lange termijn oplossing te vinden.
Je help mee aan het boeken van betalingen die niet automatisch kunnen verlopen en waarvoor enige analyse nodig is. Contact met zowel interne als externe partners
Wie zoeken we:
- Je beschikt over een analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen en weet dit te combineren met een nauwkeurige manier van aanpakken. Cijfers analyseren vind je geweldig
- Je pikt snel op en krijgt snel inzicht in de huidige processen
- Je bent leergierig en je bent niet bang om fouten te maken, integendeel, je ziet dit als lessen om uit te leren
- Je kan onder stress werken en slaat niet in paniek. Je houdt beide voeten op de grond.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
- Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus. Je kan binnen Telenet taalcursussen volgen.
- Je bent zeer communicatief
- Je neemt ownership voor jouw werk, taken en bevoegdheden
