Onze klant, gevestigd in **Brussel**, gespecialiseerd in complete farmaceutische oplossingen, is op zoek naar een **Compliance expert** om het huidige team te versterken. **Jouw taken zullen zijn**:

- Verwerven en onderhouden van een grondige kennis van de wetgeving met betrekking tot de toegang tot de markt
- Nauwlettend volgen van relevante wetenschappelijke ontwikkelingen voor het klantenportfolio
- Voorbereiden van dossiers voor markttoegang, ervoor zorgend dat ze in overeenstemming zijn met de geldende regelgeving en de gemaakte afspraken met klanten
- Opstellen van prijs
- en vergoedingsevaluaties, en het indienen van dossiers voor de Benelux en eventuele ondersteuning voor Frankrijk, indien nodig
- Deelnemen aan werkbijeenkomsten met klanten om hun problemen op te lossen, indien nodig door andere teams raad te plegen voor aanvullende advies
- Actief bijdragen aan interne vergaderingen met de projectteams, en hier proactief aan deelnemen
- Deelnemen aan audits of dossierbeoordelingen
- Bijdragen aan archiveringsactiviteiten
- Voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteitsprocedures
