Voor onze klant gevestigd te Mechelen, een toonaangevende internationale onderneming, zijn we op zoek naar een After Market Sales Administrator.
Je komt terecht in de dienst naverkoop en zal rapporteren aan de 'after market sales coordinator'.
Jouw taken:

- Orders van klanten verwerken + offertes uitsturen
- Interne en externe administratieve vragen beantwoorden
- De promotie van alle aftermarket producten en diensten
- Controleren van alle documenten door jezelf en/of anderen gegenereerd (zoals offetes, orders,)
- Herkennen van mogelijkheden m.b.t. verkoop en alle andere dergelijke informatie doorgeven aan de relevante afdelingen
- Onderhandelen waar nodig rechtstreeks met klanten om extra omzet te genereren
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dag tot dag administratie van alle aftermarket sales functies door efficiënt gebruik van de data base systemen
- Follow-up van leveringen aan klanten
