**Description du poste**:
En tant que Corporate Information Manager, vous vous assurez du développement transversal et de l'implémentation de la politique de gestion de l'information STIB. Vous animez l'Information Governance Board (IGB) qui a pour but de valider et de déployer une gouvernance globale STIB en la matière. Vous en êtes la force motrice et la personne de référence. Vous faites des propositions de développement et d'amélioration sur les plans stratégiques, tactiques et opérationnels. Vous gérez l'équipe de l'Information Office. Vous êtes membre de l'entité General Staff et vous rapportez à son Head Of.

Votre fonction plus en détail:

- Vous concevez la stratégie d'entreprise en matière de gestion de l'information. Vous jouez un rôle de premier plan dans l'amélioration continue de la maturité de celle-ci (sensibilisation, formations, coaching, events).
- Vous rapportez, consolidez et analysez les informations collectées dans l'entreprise et à l'extérieur. Vous en tirez des enseignements utiles et vous les présentez à différents comités (ExCom, Management Comités,).
- Vous endossez le rôle de référence reconnue de la société en matière de gestion de l'information. Vous identifiez les situations problématiques et implémentez des solutions pragmatiques. Vous prioritisez les besoins. Vous représentez la voix STIB auprès des stakeholders (internes et externes) et vous sensibilisez l'ensemble des collèges à la matière.
- Vous gérez une équipe de 3 personnes.
- Vous assurez le lien avec les stakeholders internes et externes impactés par la gestion de l'information.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez d'un Master et d'une expérience professionnelle dans une matière proche (Qualité,...).
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance en gestion de l'information (principes, cadres de référence, outils de gestion documentaire : SharePoint, O365,) et des connaissances générales relatives aux Transports Publics.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des deux langues nationales ainsi qu'une connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vos qualités personnelles : change management, capacité à fédérer et convaincre, stakeholder management, leadership orienté résultats, communication, orientation stratégique (long-terme), esprit critique, rigueur.
