Wat ga je doen?We zijn op zoek naar een digitale ambassadeur om ons te vergezellen in onze digitale transformatiereis

Regio: KempenIn deze functie zorg je voor digitale acceptatie en gebruik door zowel Fabory als onze klanten. Samen met je team genereer je sales via webshop, live chat, video, uitgaand bellen, e-mail en/of social media. Omdat klanten centraal staan in wat we doen, leer je van hun feedback om eventuele verbeterkansen aan te pakken en aan te trekken en ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten onze digitale oplossingen blijven gebruiken. Daarnaast ondersteun je hen door jouw expertise met betrekking tot onze digitale producten en diensten aan te bieden, inkomende vragen te beantwoorden via de live chat en digitale orderintake te initiëren.In meer detail zul je:
  • Digitale omzet genereren via outbound bellen/live chat webshop/video/mail en/of social media
  • Kansen bij (nieuwe) bedrijven en/of bedrijfsuitbreiding aanpakken en leren van klantfeedback om digitale klanten op onze webshop aan te trekken en te behouden
  • Klantrelaties opbouwen door middel van outbound bellen om (veranderende) klantbehoeften te begrijpen, de digitale ontwikkeling van deze klantrelaties te stimuleren door hen digitale oplossingen aan te bieden en vertrouwen op te bouwen om hen aan te moedigen om over te schakelen naar een meer digitale benadering/proces
  • Beantwoorden van binnenkomende vragen via de live chat op de webshop en voor het initiëren van digitale bestelling
  • Bestaande en potentiële klanten deskundig informeren over de digitale producten en diensten van Fabory (Webshop, My Fabory, etc.)
  • Actieve self service promoten met het oog op een digitale transitie tijdens het verkoopproces
  • Samen werken met belangrijke stakeholders vanuit de rol van digitale ambassadeur en nieuwe digitale oplossingen/feedback van het E-commerce-team ondersteunen.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te worden:
  • Bachelor opleiding of vergelijkbaar door ervaring
  • Minimaal 2 jaar Sales / Inside Sales ervaring is vereist
  • Ruime ervaring en/of kennis/interesse in webshop, live chat en digitale oplossingen
  • Een goed begrip van digitale oplossingen en organisatorische efficiëntie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans in woord en geschrift
  • Commerciële- en ondernemersvaardigheden
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (telefonisch en digitaal)
  • Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde teamspeler met een proactieve houding
  • Kennis van bevestigingsmiddelen en assortiment is een pré.
