This portfolio consists of change parts, spare parts kits, second-hand machines, training, maintenance contract, and upgrades for the entire Company installed base (IOS).He/She manages all these projects from the initial contact with the customer to the final acceptance and payment of the investment. He can rely on a strong Project Management Back Office, Site management and a team of experienced technicians.This mission has to be executed with the client high quality standards leading to customer satisfaction and optimized revenues.General activities of the ASM :
  • Proactive and Reactive sale of our client IOS products
  • Answer customer questions (technical questions, inquiries, …) with commercial attitude
  • Analyse customer needs in collaboration with the HQ based in Germany
  • Intensify existing contacts and recreate a relationship of trust with customers already established through our portfolio
  • Present our solutions with the help of product specialists from HQ or FBA for different technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts respecting the Company Group sales policy.
  • Update the CRM with all visits, opportunities, installed base, etc.
  • Visit all Company plants in Germany for networking and knowledge.
ExigencesSkills and habilities and other :
  • Technical affinity & passion (Company technology) & market knowledge
  • Customer orientation & high teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM is a must, Pack Office.
  • Coordination and organizational skills
  • Time and self-management, Precision & thoroughness & efficiency
  • Problem solving competences
  • Communication skills (listening & understanding) and networking
  • Knowledge of business administration & exportation process, laws, directives, guidelines and standards
  • Languages: Dutch/French/English mandatory. German is a big plus to access to the departments in the HQ
