Voor een bedrijf actief in de tabaksindustrie te Berchem zijn we op zoek naar een voltijdse Marketing & engagement strateeg (B2B).

Als marketing- en engagement strateeg vervoeg je het trade engagement team. Je zal instaan voor het ontwikkelen van een B2B strategie met retailers, rekening houdend met hun business, noden en hiaten. Zo creëer je niet alleen een share of market maar ook een share of love Daarnaast ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van hun trade community via een digitaal B2B platform. Via dat platform help je het Commerciële Team bij het leveren van de ultieme ondersteuning aan en betrokkenheid bij onze retailers.

Concreet ziet je takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Je ontwikkelt en beheert digitale campagnes/content samen met interne commerciële en marketingstakeholders. Je houdt toezicht op de engagementplannen en plant de activiteiten.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met digitale bureaus om deze activiteiten aantrekkelijk te maken en de tone of voice van de retailer te laten overkomen.
- Op basis van gegevens over de handelsgemeenschap, gebruikers, gedrag en activiteiten pas je de boodschap aan om het bereik en de betrokkenheid week na week te verbeteren. Reset/pivot is altijd een optie, zelfs als het een goed idee was. Je gaat voor kwaliteit boven kwantiteit.

Je bent een digitaal onderlegd persoon
- Je bent afgestudeerd binnen een marketinggerelateerde opleiding en hebt prakijkervaring in digital marketing
- Je hebt een 'maak het waar'-mentaliteit en kunt ook volledig autonoom werken
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit om goede ideeën vervolgens in realiteit om te zetten
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands
- Je hebt een analytische geest
