De taak van het departement Marketing bestaat erin een strategie te ontwikkelen die de behoeften en het gedrag van de klanten integreert in de verzekeringsactiviteiten van AXA Belgium. Dat kan dankzij onder andere een betere kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve kennis van de klant, waardoor we een productengamma en oplossingen kunnen ontwikkelen die tegemoetkomen aan de behoeften van onze verzekeringsmakelaars en onze eindklanten.

In deze context ben jij als market research project manager verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van gegevens uit verschillende studies van a tot z. Jouw taken zijn:

· Je staat het team bij in de ontwikkeling en opvolging van onderzoeksprojecten, zowel voor interne klanten van de Customer-directie van AXA Belgium als voor andere departementen .(productmanagement, andere businessunits ...).

· Je bepaalt de beste onderzoeksmethodologie (kwantitatief of kwalitatief, CAWI, CATI, digitale interacties, verzamelen van feedback) om de interne briefing te beantwoorden en de onderzoeksprojecten van a tot z uit te voeren met de hulp van externe studiebureaus.

· Uit die studies haal je de belangrijkste inzichten die zullen dienen als input voor de ontwikkeling van producten/diensten en acties die moeten worden ondernomen. Je bent in staat om de resultaten voor te stellen aan verschillende doelgroepen en begrijpt hun dagelijkse uitdagingen.

Je meet, beoordeelt en draagt bij aan de verbetering van onze activiteiten en initiatieven, op basis van de combinatie van informatie van verschillende bronnen (voice of the customers, voice of the distributor, kwantitatief/kwalitatief of portefeuillegegevens).

Jouw Profiel

· Je hebt een diploma in economische wetenschappen, marketing of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

· 5 tot 10 jaar professionele ervaring in kwantitatief en/of kwalitatief onderzoek in een studiebureau of in een marktonderzoeksteam. Kwaliteitsenquêtes in het NL kunnen afnemen is een troef.

· Je bent in staat om het aangeboden marktonderzoek van de studiebureaus in vraag te stellen: is de methodologische aanpak de beste? Zijn de steekproeven ruim genoeg? Zijn alle kosten conform de marktnormen? Enz.

· Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

· Analytisch en kritisch ingesteld, in staat om samenvattende keynotes op te stellen op basis van studieresultaten.

· In staat om initiatief te nemen, leergierig en bereid samen te werken met je rechtstreekse collega's. Je staat open voor objectieve feedback van je collega's in verband met je projecten en gebruikt die feedback om verder te blijven groeien.

· Georganiseerd maar flexibel en bereid om prioriteiten te veranderen. Als er een dringende aanvraag komt, begrijpt je dat je snel moet reageren en samenwerken om prompt te kunnen antwoorden.

· Empowerment-gericht: je reikt je manager oplossingen aan en communiceert doeltreffend met hem/haar om af te stemmen in verband met de volgende stappen. Je wacht niet tot er iets verandert, maar neemt zelf initiatief om waar nodig de zaken te laten vooruitgaan.

· Je stelt nauwkeurige verslagen op.

· Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels en een passieve kennis van het Frans.
