A Day in the Life:
If you're passionate about hospitality, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ghent is looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team.
As a Front of House Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of both Reception and Housekeeping, collaborating closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and employee satisfaction, all aligned with brand standards and performance indicators.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a positive work environment through effective leadership
- Handling reservations, commercial contracts, and guest interactions
- Motivating the team for superior guest experiences
- Proactively solving issues to enhance guest satisfaction
- Facilitating timely and clear communication among teams
- Adhering to privacy and financial transaction protocols
What We Require:
To excel in this role, you should:
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and excellent hospitality
- Have leadership experience in Front Office and Housekeeping
- Preferably have IHG work experience
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Facility Management
- Be skilled in budget monitoring and financial objectives
- Demonstrate attention to detail, drive, and results-oriented mindset
- Have strong Dutch and English language skills, with good knowledge of French
- Be customer-oriented, friendly, and well-groomed
- Know Opera PMS / AMADEUS (an advantage)
