Als medewerker op de Shipping Logistics afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van operationele, commerciële en administratieve taken voor internationale klanten.
Wat kan je zoal verwachten?
- Relatiebeheer met klanten, internationale collega's, magazijn, transporteurs en derde partijen.
- Dagelijks beheer van industriële trafieken.
- Verwerking van klantenorders en bijwerken van systemen volgens afspraken.
- Organisatie van magazijn- en transportplanning.
- Oplossen van problemen en ordergerelateerde eisen.
- Handhaving van wettelijke vereisten en ISO/SQAS-normen.
- Klantenservice in lijn met verwachtingen.
- Communicatie, instructie en opvolging van klantorders.
- Monitoren en tijdig afhandelen van klantzendingen.
- Efficiënt organiseren van ophalingen en leveringen volgens klanteisen.
- Contact onderhouden over eventuele vertragingen met klanten, transporteurs en magazijn.
Je gaat voltijds aan de slag in daguren, maar enige flexibiliteit nemen en geven is voor jou geen probleem.
