belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Als Financieel Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de organisatie om haar financiële doelstellingen te beheersen, te behalen en bij te sturen. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het budgetteringsproces, financiële rapportage, SAP-ondersteuning en algemene financiële afsluiting. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij het monitoren van de budgetten, het P2P-proces, belastingaangiften en uitgaande facturatie. Jouw taken:
Assisteren bij het opstellen van budgetvoorstellen per site, inclusief het organiseren van budgetmeetings.Presenteren, consolideren, rapporteren en laten goedkeuren van financiële cijfers door het management.Monitoren van goedgekeurde budgetten door realiteit te toetsen aan doelstellingen, afwijkingen te identificeren en correctieve acties voor te stellen tijdens maandelijkse budget- en projectmeetings.Ondersteuning bieden bij SAP (FICO-module), inclusief creatie, screening & afsluiten van financiële masterdata.Assisteren bij het P2P-proces om kosten correct en tijdig te boeken.Ondersteuning bieden bij aangifte & verwerking van belastingen, uitgaande facturatie en financiële sluitingen op maand- en jaarbasis.Gevraagd en ongevraagd advies verstrekken aan het management.jouw aanbod Bachelor of Master in Finance, Accounting of gerelateerd vakgebied.Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in financiële controlling, bij voorkeur in een productie- of logistieke omgeving.Kennis van SAP en MS Office, met name Excel.Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om effectief te werken in teamverband.Stressbestendigheid en vermogen om te multitasken in een dynamische omgeving.
