Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Officer Airfield.


Als Project Officer Airfield draag je actief je steentje bij aan de succesvolle realisatie renovatieprojecten op de terreinen van Brussels Airport.

In deze boeiende, afwisselende en uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controle en de opvolging van projecten airfield (verharding en AGL/AFL). Dankzij jouw bijdrage worden deze projecten gerealiseerd binnen het vooropgestelde tijdsschema en budget en steeds in overeenstemming met de verwachte kwaliteit en de regels van de kunst.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Senior Project Manager Airfield.

  • Je ondersteunt de (Senior) Project Manager in de voorbereidingsfase van het project. Dit kan gaan over onderzoeken, werfinrichting, nutsvoorzieningen, etc. Want een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk
  • Je begeleidt aannemers/leveranciers of studiebureaus op het terrein en voorziet daarin radiocommunicatie met de verkeerstoren
  • Je waakt erover dat alle werkzaamheden op een conforme manier worden uitgevoerd en bij problemen weet je deze correct te rapporteren
  • Je neemt deel aan de werf meetings met de (onder-) aannemers en het projectteam om altijd op de hoogte te zijn van de gebeurtenissen en de stand van zaken op de werf
  • Controleren van technische fiches en goedkeuren van financiële documenten zijn dagelijkse to do's die variatie brengen in je functie-inhoud.
  • Bij oplevering van het project zorg je voor een vlotte overdracht van het as-built dossier naar de collega's binnen de maintenance teams.

  • In je rugzak: minstens een eerste ervaring in een operationeel technische en coördinerende functie met een hoeveelheid aan contactpersonen
  • Algemene technische kennis van verhardingen of elektriciteit is absoluut een troef
  • MS Office (voornamelijk Excel) en AutoCAD hebben geen geheimen voor jou
  • Je bent op zoek naar een afwisselende functie waarin je 50% van de tijd op het terrein bent. De overige tijd spendeer je aan technisch coördinerende en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beschikt al over een rijbewijs B. Je luchthavenrijbewijs? Daar zorgen wij voor.
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Contact met stakeholders in het Nederlands, en français or in English? Pas de problème pour vous.
