Quel est le contenu de l'emploi ?

Votre mission : Sous la direction du Business Unit Manager, vous êtes responsable d'un portefeuille de clients existants et vous managez une équipe.

Vos responsabilités :

Gestion d'un portefeuille client :

  • Suivi, fidélisation et proposition de services supplémentaires aux clients.
  • Rencontres régulières avec les clients pour assurer leur satisfaction et la pérennité des contrats.
  • Gestion opérationnelle sur le site du client, participation aux réunions clientèles pour le suivi et l'implémentation des services, ainsi que traitement des réclamations.

Gestion d'équipe :

  • Encadrement d'une équipe composée d'une assistante et d'agents de service.
  • Supervision des tâches, des objectifs et des procédures via des points réguliers avec les collaborateurs.
  • Suivi des informations remontant de la clientèle et rencontres avec les clients.

Management transversal :

  • Management transversal avec les différents intervenants internes.
  • Collaboration étroite avec tous les centres de service.

Que cherchons-nous ?
Profil Recherché
  • Titulaire d'un Master avec une expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Bilingue FR/NL.
  • Passionné par le management, avec des compétences en écoute et en leadership reconnues par les agents de service.
  • Homme/Femme de terrain, rigoureux(se) et dynamique, capable de "mettre les mains dans le cambouis" tout en conservant une capacité d'analyse importante.

  • Développement et application des procédures qualité.
  • Gestion des réclamations et des dossiers clients.
  • Mise en place des moyens de traitement et de communication des informations.
  • Analyse des résultats et proposition d'améliorations.
  • Coordination des actions des services commerciaux, logistiques, et de production.
