Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een Solutions Service Manager voor ons segment Banking.

Als Solutions Service Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de Solutions contracten die we afsluiten met onze corporate klanten, zowel op het gebied van implementatie, operations als support. Je coördineert en werkt nauw samen met de Operations (Areas/Branches/SOC) en lokale partner voor Technology installatie & onderhoud.

  • Leider van klanttevredenheid die de operations- en solutions-organisatie ondersteunt bij het leveren en beheren van succesvolle oplossingen.
  • Leiding geven aan de dagelijkse service- en onderhoudsactiviteiten van lopende oplossingen, op locatie en op afstand.
  • Samen met de andere beschermende diensten de productieprestaties veiligstellen zodat de oplossingen optimaal werken.
  • Leiding geven aan de succesvolle vervulling van contract- en klantverwachtingen door voortdurende interactie met de klant.
  • Opvolgen en meten van kwaliteitsdoelen en targets.
  • Zorgen voor een hoog niveau van informatiedeling en communicatie tussen de partijen die de oplossingen leveren en met de belangrijkste belanghebbenden van de klant.
  • Ondersteunen van de identificatie van mogelijkheden voor de ontwikkeling van oplossingen en upselling op basis van de servicebehoeften.
  • Managen van de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen door samen te werken met de verschillende Securitas belanghebbenden, en zorgen voor een naadloze levering van de oplossing.
  • Detailleren en opvolgen van transitie- en implementatieplannen; coördineren van het projectteam om ervoor te zorgen dat projectactiviteiten binnen de scope blijven, op schema blijven, ervoor zorgen dat wegversperringen van tevoren worden ge dentificeerd en vermeden/vermeden, en projectdeadlines halen met behulp van de juiste projectmanagementtools om projectprestaties bij te houden en te volgen.
  • Leiding geven aan de evaluatie van voltooide projecten en ervoor zorgen dat leerpunten worden vastgelegd en dat er actie wordt ondernomen om voortdurende verbetering te stimuleren.

  • Je bent perfect tweetalig (Frans/Nederlands) en hebt een grondige kennis van het Engels.
  • 5+ jaar ervaring in servicemanagement of gelijkaardig, beheren van complexe klantenengagementen en opleveren van projecten in elektronische beveiliging of aanverwante industrie.
  • Diepgaande kennis van platforms die gebruikt worden in oplossingen zoals Video Management Systemen, Toegang, Inbraak en andere gerelateerde fysieke beveiligingsoplossingen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve, analytische en commerciële ervaring.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid is je prioriteit en je kunt goed omgaan met stress.
