Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende producent en leverancier van diverse energie-oplossingen. Het bedrijf heeft de laatste jaren een exponentiële groei gekend zowel intern als extern.
Vandaag kijkt men gericht uit naar een Internal Control & Risk Expert om het Internal Control team te vervoegen.
- Je volgt het Risk & Control framework op en kijkt naar verbeteringen;
- Je helpt de business om actief mee 'in control' te zijn en blijven;
- Je verzorgt de voorbereiding en presentatie van control rapportages;
- Je bent een schakel tussen de interne en externe audits;
- Je coördineert het Risk Assessment en In Control proces en gaat hierover met de managers in gesprek;
- Je organiseert Risk sessies voor het management team om key risico's te bespreken en aan te pakken.
Kortom jij bent expert die niet alleen uitblinkt in visie en daadkracht, maar je bouwt ook constructieve relaties uit en adviseert verschillende stakeholders, managers en het directiecomité.
- Je beschikt over een master diploma in een financieel of economische richting;
- Je hebt een eerste sterke ervaring achter de rug in audit, risk, controle of procesverbetering;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en presentatieskills;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- Je bent iemand proactief en beschikt over ondernemerschap;
- Je bent IT-minded en business-minded.
