As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading a variety of exciting operational HR projects. - Lead operational HR management including work regulations, training, and package optimization
- Management of social dialogue
- Provide invaluable legislative advice.
- Implementation on various HR strategies and process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field.
- Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
- Seeking a jovial, open-minded HR Generalist with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
