Technical Maintenance Manager

Bij onze klant kom je terecht in de grootste bakkerijgroep van België. Voor hun site in Erpe-Mere staan ze sterk in het professioneel bake-off (diepvries) kanaal en met deze divisie zijn ze ook internationaal actief.
Functieomschrijving- Je staat aan het roer van de technische dienst
- Je verzekert de optimale werking van alle technische installaties.
- Je bepaalt de maintenancestrategie van de site. Hiervoor kun je terugvallen op de ervaring en expertise van de groep. Je bestendigt de huidige processen en bouwt hierop verder.
- Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding over een team van een vijftigtal technische experts: techniekers, maintenance & reliability experts en planners.
- Je bent de driver tot succes van de afdeling: jij zet de lijnen uit en bepaalt de structuur. Je daagt hen uit op technisch vlak.
- Je bent van crucial belang voor het change project van de site: je speelt hierin jouw technische expertise uit in combinatie met jouw leiderschapskills.
- Je neemt de leiding over strategische projecten en ziet toe op een goede afhandeling.
- Je maakt deel uit van het Leadership Team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Director.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting of door ervaring gelijkgesteld.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring in het aansturen van een maintenance organisatie.
- Je kan een uitgebreide ervaring in een productieomgeving met maintenanceprocessen voorleggen.
- Je bent een geboren leider en je begeestert jouw teamleden.
- Je bent een pragmatisch persoon die oplossingsgericht en analytisch in de wedstrijd staat.
- Je slaagt erin om een structuur op te zetten en uit te werken.
Je komt terecht in een Belgisch familiebedrijf actief in de Europese bakkerijsector. Je krijgt bovendien een boeiende en gevarieerde functie met de mogelijkheid om zelf accenten te leggen en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de site. Verder maak je deel uit van een team van gedreven en enthousiaste collega's, die graag hun kennis delen.
