Vous travaillez au sein du département communication et vous rapportez au communication director. La mission principale du département est de défendre la réputation de l’entreprise et de valoriser son action, tant en interne qu’en externe.

En tant qu’internal communication manager, votre mission est de collaborer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de communication interne et d’assurer le rôle de people manager auprès d’une équipe de 18 personnes, composée de communicateurs locaux et corporate.

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

  • Vous participez à l’élaboration du plan de communication interne et veillez à sa diffusion et à sa mise en application.
  • Vous identifiez, développez, dynamisez et assurez la mise en œuvre des médias de communication interne (magazine « Au fil des lignes », portail intranet, écrans, meetings,…).
  • Vous assurez le rôle de project manager dans les projets stratégiques.
  • Vous assurez la coordination des demandes de vos clients internes afin de répondre au mieux à leurs besoins et de soutenir la culture d’entreprise ; vous intervenez de la phase d’analyse jusqu’à la phase de transfert vers la production.
  • Vous assurez la gestion du budget annuel de la communication interne. 
  

Profiel kandidaat  

 

  • Votre diplôme : vous disposez d’un master en communication ou d’une formation utile équivalente.
  • Votre expérience : vous justifiez d’une solide expérience dans une fonction similaire, incluant la gestion d’équipe.  
  • Vos connaissances techniques : vous avez une très bonne connaissance des techniques et médias utilisés ou utilisables en matière de communication interne ainsi que des stratégies de communication vers des publics cibles différenciés. Vous maitrisez l’écriture journalistique.  
  • Vos connaissances en outils informatiques : vous maitrisez les outils informatiques courants.
  • Vos connaissances linguistiques : vous maitrisez le français et le néerlandais oral et disposez d’une parfaite connaissance écrite d’une de ces deux langues. 
  • Vos qualités personnelles : vous faites preuve de leadership et savez coacher et développer vos collaborateurs ; vous avez des aptitudes pour la négociation et êtes diplomate ; vous êtes créatif et démontrez également une bonne capacité d’analyse et de conceptualisation ; vous gérez vos projets avec succès et êtes orienté résultats.
